A: We usually arrange the production immediately after receiving your payment if we have the item in stock. Otherwise, please confirm with us for lead time.

Q: What is your accepted payment type?
A: Wire transfer, Paypal and Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.We only accept Paypal and Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance for payment amounts below USD200.

Q: What logistic forwarder do you usually work with?
A: We work with EMS, TNT, UPS, FEDEX and other logistric forwarders. Assigned your own forwarder for shipment is available.

Q: What is the packing?
A: 1. For Ready made shutter. We go wooden box packing for LCL shipment. Bubble warpped for full container shipment.
2. For materials order. Double Bubble warpped for LCLshipment and bubble warpped for full container shipment.
3. Customized packing available.

Q: What is the color available?
A: Our standard color is white,cream,gray,brown.Any Ral color could be made as order.

Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Depends on the order quantity.Usually 10-25days after deposit.

Q: What is the payment term?
A: 30% deposit and the balance pay before the shipment. LC also acceptable.

Q: Can I get the sample to check the quality?
A: Yes, For Ready made set sample we will offer a special discount. For materials small sample piece,we offer free samples,But the freight cost on customer's bill.

Q: Can you make the products based on my designs?
A: Yes. With your drawings or samples ,we could make the products for the same. 

Q: Can you keep my design products for my own use?
A: Yes,we will sell your designs products to you only. Without your confirmation,we will not sell it to anyone else.
